Our Cleaning Policies

Our cleaning policies help to ensure that we can provide you, our customers, with the best cleaning experience that you can rely on.

  • All quotes are subject to change based on inspection of property at time of service. Initial quotes issued to the client are based on information provided by client. Final quotes can be provided after an initial Walkthrough, if requested. All quotes issued to client are good for 30 days.

  • Grime Stoppers Professional Cleaning, LLC guarantees our work. If there are any issues with the quality of work completed, we must be notified the day of cleaning. We will gladly rectify the situation by rework of the area within 48 hours. Therefore, there are NO refunds issued at any time.​

  • ​A $50.00 Deposit  is required at time of initial booking, which will apply to final total. If, for whatever reason, there is a cancelation of booking without rescheduling, or we are unable to enter property at time of service, Initial deposit will be forfeited. Things arise.We get it. We understand the need to reschedule. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, After 2 consecutive rescheduling of services, initial deposit will be forfeited.

  • Payment Methods Accepted:  Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Venmo, Apple Cash or Zelle

  • Payment is required at time of services. If client is not going to be present at time of cleaning, services MUST be paid for in advance. If payment is not received upon arrival, services will not be performed.

  • ​We love pets! We have our own. Unfortunately, sometimes they leave extra hair, dust and dander in their wake. As such, Our pet policy requires a $25.00 pet cleaning fee. This fee does not include the cleaning of animal Feces, Urine or any other bodily fluids.

  • As part of our services , we need access to the kitchen sink . As such, We will need all dishes cleaned and removed from kitchen sink area prior to the start of services . If, for whatever reason, you are unable to, We are happy to provide this service, for an additional fee.

  • We ask that all areas in the home, that are in the scope of our cleaning services, are free of clutter and debris, in order for us to do an efficient cleaning for those areas. Failure to do so, will prevent us from being able to clean those areas to our standards.
